- Introduction
Welcome to the FundUp Affiliate Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. - Eligibility
- Participants must be of legal age according to their country of residence.
- Accept and adhere to these terms to remain in the program.
- Affiliate Commission
- The affiliate commission is 15% of the payment that the client does to Fundup.
- Commissions and Payments
- Commissions are paid on the 7th of each month, based on the earnings generated in the previous month.
- The minimum payout threshold is $100. No payments will be made until this threshold is met.
- Advertising Restrictions
- No paid advertising is allowed through any means or social media platforms. Affiliates are only permitted to generate organic traffic through their community.
- If any paid advertising activity is detected, the affiliate will be terminated from the program and will forfeit all payment benefits.
- Rewards Program
Affiliates can earn additional rewards based on their monthly sales performance as follows:
Accounts Rewards:- 10 New Clients in a Month: Earn a 10k FundUp account.
- 25 New Clients in a Month: Earn a 25k FundUp account.
- 50 New Clients in a Month: Earn a 50k FundUp account.
- 100 New Clients in a Month: Earn a 100k FundUp account.
Rewards are credited along with the monthly commission payment.
- Responsibilities of Affiliates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and FundUp’s policies.
- Affiliates are responsible for the accuracy of any information shared with potential clients.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice.
- Upon termination, affiliates will receive any due commissions for clients signed up before the termination date.
- Confidentiality
- Affiliates agree to keep all non-public information confidential unless legally required to disclose it.
- Modifications
- FundUp reserves the right to modify program terms, including commission rates and benefits, with prior notice.
- Governing Law
- This agreement will be governed by EU laws.
